LIBERTY AQUA LIMITED WARRANTY
Last updated September 20, 2026
Liberty Aqua is committed to clear expectations and dependable service. This page summarizes our installation workmanship warranty and certain manufacturer warranty terms for eligible equipment.
Liberty Aqua provides a one-year installation workmanship warranty, beginning on the installation date, for qualifying defects caused by our original installation workmanship. This is not an unlimited labor warranty and does not extend to conditions outside the original installation work.
For eligible American Water Warehouse equipment, the factory warranty generally includes:
These terms do not mean that the full control valve, system, or every component carries a lifetime warranty.
Manufacturer coverage generally requires proper installation and normal residential use. When a component qualifies under the applicable factory warranty, the manufacturer's remedy is generally repair or replacement of the covered defective component.
Coverage does not apply to damage or failure caused by freezing, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, unauthorized modification, or conditions outside the covered workmanship or component defect.
Manufacturer coverage does not automatically include labor, diagnosis, travel, removal, reinstallation, shipping, freight, or routine maintenance unless the applicable written warranty specifically states otherwise.
If you believe your Liberty Aqua installation or equipment may need warranty service, contact Liberty Aqua first. We will review the issue, explain the next step, and help coordinate with the manufacturer when appropriate.
The factory warranty summary on this website is provided for convenience. The applicable manufacturer's current written warranty controls manufacturer warranty coverage.
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights under applicable law.
Your information should be treated with care.
